This product corresponds to the BMW-ADV model.

In terms of material selection, high-strength nylon material is used to replace the traditional aluminum alloy material, which reduces the weight while ensuring its strength.

For the connection structure, we use aluminum alloy structure, which makes the weight lighter than other metal materials. We use plum-blossom countersunk anti-theft screws to connect the structure, and use countersunk holes on the structural surface, which will make the product overall more beautiful and have higher strength.

For the quick release device, we chose the pin-type structure, which has higher precision for the product and stricter requirements for the accuracy of the material.

Wheel Design

For the exterior design, we have adopted vertical valve holes so that there is no need to sacrifice appearance to reduce the overall aesthetics. For this reason, we use aluminum alloy valve to replace the traditional rubber valve, so that there are more optional color matching. In terms of structure, it has high ornamental value and also increases the strength of the wheel hub. Whether it’s an urban commute or a short trip, we can all have the perfect ride.

Stamped parts and CNC-machined parts

These two custom motorcycle backrest brackets and footrests are crafted from high-strength metal materials through precision machining and stamping processes, ensuring both structural strength and aesthetic appeal.

The backrest brackets feature a high-quality polished electroplated finish, delivering a smooth, lustrous metallic appearance while offering excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance, ensuring reliable performance over extended use and in demanding environments.

The footrests are precision-machined with a robust structural design and secure mounting connections, effectively enhancing support and comfort during riding.

Both products support a wide range of customization options, including dimensions, structure, and surface finishes. They can be optimized for specific motorcycle models and customer requirements, making them widely applicable for motorcycle modifications, upgrade parts, and brand customization projects.

Rear Luggage Rack and Side Case Mounts

Our scooter rear luggage rack and side case mounts are specifically designed to enhance riding practicality and safety.

The luggage rack is made of Q235 carbon steel. Its sturdy, one-piece construction features a comfortable backrest that not only supports the luggage rack but also provides reliable support for the passenger seat, effectively reducing fatigue during long rides. The side case mounts feature a symmetrical design that precisely matches the vehicle’s body. Pre-drilled mounting holes allow for easy installation and removal of side cases without compromising vehicle handling or maneuverability.

The entire product line has undergone rigorous load-bearing and anti-corrosion testing, balancing durability with aesthetics.
